My Background

I bring over 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, investigations, and negotiation—shaped by service as a U.S. Army veteran, police officer, and federal investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division) and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). I’ve mediated over 500 cases, logged 5,000+ hours in mediation, and negotiated settlements totaling over $10 million.
